Role Overview

Vaarka Solar is hiring a Site Supervisor & Business Development Representative (BDR) to conduct solar site visits, supervise rooftop installations and convert qualified leads across Noida and Ghaziabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit residential and commercial solar project sites.
- Inspect rooftops, take measurements, photographs and collect electricity bills.
- Evaluate shadow-free area, electrical setup and installation feasibility.
- Explain solar systems, pricing, savings, subsidies and financing options to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with the design, procurement and installation teams.
- Supervise installation quality, safety and project timelines.
- Provide customers with regular project-status updates.
- Maintain daily records of site visits, leads, quotations and conversions.
- Support documentation for the PM Surya Ghar subsidy, net metering and DISCOM approvals.
- Resolve basic site-level and customer concerns.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering,



Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Business.
- Experience in rooftop solar, construction, electrical work or field sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and field-management skills may also apply.
- Basic understanding of solar panels, inverters, electrical systems and rooftop structures.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable travelling regularly across Noida and Ghaziabad.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and CRM reporting.

Performance Expectations
- Complete assigned site visits on schedule.
- Submit accurate site-survey information.
- Achieve monthly lead-conversion and sales targets.
- Ensure projects are installed safely and completed on time.
- Maintain a professional customer experience from the first visit through project handover.
