We are looking for an energetic Interior Site Supervisor to coordinate and monitor day-to-day interior works at project sites. The candidate will work closely with designers, contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure that works are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior execution activities at project sites.
- Coordinate carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and other interior works.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, vendors, and labour teams.
- Monitor workmanship and maintain required quality standards.
- Take site measurements and provide updates to the design and drafting teams.
- Track material requirements and coordinate timely delivery to the site.
- Monitor project progress and report delays or site issues to the project manager.
- Maintain basic site documentation, work progress reports, and material records.
- Ensure proper utilisation and safe storage of materials.




- Assist with snagging, rectification, and final project handover.
- Ensure basic safety practices are followed at the project site.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of interior fit-out and execution works.
- Ability to read interior drawings, elevations, and technical details.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, modular furniture, false ceilings, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and painting works.
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel between project sites.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with contractors and labour teams.

Qualification Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Freshers with robust site knowledge, willingness to learn, and good coordination skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
