CMA Turnkey Projects Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Site Supervisor to manage and oversee the execution and handover of various interior and turnkey projects across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that each project meets quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints while maintaining smooth coordination between the company, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

This role demands in-depth knowledge to manage all aspects of the site, from execution to final client handover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the execution of interior and turnkey projects on-site, ensuring work meets project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project progress.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site and ensure quality control of all materials and workmanship.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Manage resources (labor, materials, and equipment) effectively to meet project requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
- Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure timely and quality project handover to clients.
- Work closely with the procurement team for timely material deliveries.
- Ensure the project adheres to budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

- Project Execution and Supervision:
- Lead in office project execution and ensure all work aligns with design and quality standards.
- Resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.




- Site Coordination and Client Management:
- Act as a liaison between clients, architects, vendors, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular site meetings with clients to discuss progress and address concerns.
- Quality Control and Inspection:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all materials and work meet quality standards and specifications.
- Ensure all work is completed and inspected prior to final handover.
- Safety Compliance:
- Implement and maintain safety protocols across all project sites.
- Ensure the team complies with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Timely Project Completion:
- Ensure all project milestones are met as per agreed timelines.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to avoid project delays.
- Resource Management:
- Manage on-site resources efficiently to ensure cost-effective and timely project delivery.
- Work with the procurement team for smooth material supply chain management.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, including daily and weekly reports.
- Track project changes, challenges, and resolutions for future reference.
- Project Handover:
- Oversee final stages of project execution and ensure timely handover to clients.




- Address all punch-list items and ensure client satisfaction.
- Cost Control and Budget Management:
- Monitor and manage site expenditures to stay within project budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, guide, and develop on-site teams, including subcontractors, technicians, and labor.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, addressing any conflicts or challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 3-5 years of experience in site supervision and project execution within the construction or turnkey interior industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and standards.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale turnkey projects from start to finish.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
