- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the site.

- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

- Coordinate and allocate work to masons, helpers, carpenters, bar benders, and other workers.

- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for daily activities.

- Check dimensions, levels, alignment, and quality of civil works.

- Supervise activities such as excavation, PCC, RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, brick/block masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.

- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, Subcontractors, and Project Managers.

- Identify site issues and report them to the concerned engineer or project manager.

- Ensure proper utilization and handling of construction materials.

- Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, and material consumption records.

- Ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.

- Follow and enforce all site safety rules and procedures.

- Ensure workers use appropriate PPE and follow safe working practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
