Urgent Hiring | 3 Vacancies | Kochi

We are looking for 3 experienced Site Supervisors to join our team for ongoing interior design and fit-out projects in Kochi.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in interior site execution and be capable of independently managing day-to-day site activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily interior site work
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and other site teams
- Coordinate with the Design, Project and Factory teams
- Check site measurements, materials and workmanship
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and project requirements
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Identify and resolve site-level issues
- Prepare regular site progress updates and reports
- Coordinate with clients at the site when required

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in Interior / Fit-Out projects
- Solid practical knowledge of interior materials and site execution
- Ability to read and understand working drawings, layouts and details
- Good knowledge of site coordination and construction processes
- Good communication and team-handling skills
- Ability to manage site activities independently
- Willing to travel to different project sites in and around Kochi

Preferred

- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
