Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor / Civil Engineer to manage on-site execution, coordination, and reporting for ongoing construction and interior projects. The role involves working closely with client teams, contractors, and internal engineering teams toensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Site supervision and coordination with client teams
- Site planning along with material requirement estimation
- Quality control and adherence to site standards
- Preparation of daily/weekly site reports
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for smooth project execution
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment at site
- Follow and promote site safety practices and company procedures
- Assist in resolving technical and coordination issues at the site

Requirements





- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute
- 13 years of experience in site supervision, construction, or civil project coordination
- Positive understanding of civil construction activities, drawings, and site execution
- Knowledge of material planning, quality control, and site documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project timelines
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and construction documentation preferred
