Position: Site Supervisor

Location: ISCON, Ahmedabad

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month

Experience: High-rise construction experience is mandatory

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our high-rise project in ISCON, Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for supervising manpower, coordinating with contractors and engineers, monitoring work progress, and ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained at the site.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
- Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and other departments.
- Check the quality of workmanship and ensure construction standards are followed.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials at the site.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.




- Identify and report site-related issues to the concerned engineer/project manager.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and procedures.
- Monitor activities related to RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, finishing, and other high-rise construction works.

Requirements
- Mandatory: Experience in high-rise building construction.
- Prior experience as a Site Supervisor in residential/commercial construction.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and site activities.
- Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings is preferred.
- Robust focus on quality, safety, and timely execution.

Salary Up to ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
