We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to assist in supervising and coordinating construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day work, coordinating labour and subcontractors, checking quality, and ensuring that construction progresses according to approved drawings and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor masonry, concreting, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and finishing works.
- Ensure site activities are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignments, and workmanship at site.
- Monitor material usage and inform the project team about material requirements.
- Assist in maintaining daily work progress reports and site records.
- Monitor project timelines and communicate any delays or site issues.
- Assist with quantity measurements and verification of completed works.
- Ensure required quality standards are maintained.




- Support snagging and rectification works prior to project handover.
- Ensure basic health and safety procedures are followed at the site.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of civil construction practices.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Understanding of construction materials and workmanship standards.
- Knowledge of measurements, levels, and quantity calculations.
- Valuable site coordination and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Office.
- AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work at different project locations.

Qualification Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related qualification.

Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of construction-site experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
