Role Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Site Supervisor to lead daily site operations, coordinate with vendors, and ensure meticulous execution of work on high-end residential projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in detail-driven environments and holds execution quality to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee on-site execution of interior and granite installation works
- Coordinate between contractors, vendors, and in-house design teams
- Ensure work is progressing as per drawings, timelines, and quality benchmarks
- Maintain daily site reports and track material movement
- Conduct regular checks to ensure safety and finish quality




- Resolve on-site issues with agility and professionalism

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of site supervision experience in high-end interiors or civil/stone works
- Strong understanding of drawings, detailing, and finishing
- Ability to manage multiple trades and teams on-site
- Meticulous, solution-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Own vehicle preferred (travel to various sites as needed)

Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
