- Supervise routine maintenance of MEP systems.

- Coordinate with technicians and contractors for repairs and breakdowns.

- Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP systems.

- Ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.

1. Supervisor – Maintenance – Civil

- Supervise civil maintenance and repair works.

- Monitor activities related to masonry, plastering, painting, flooring, and waterproofing.

- Coordinate with contractors and technicians.

- Ensure quality and timely completion of works.

1. Supervisor – Engineering – MEP





- Supervise MEP installation, operation, and site activities.

- Coordinate with contractors and engineering teams.

- Monitor work quality, progress, and safety.

- Ensure MEP works comply with project requirements.

1. Supervisor – QA/QC

- Supervise quality inspection and control activities at the project site.

- Monitor construction work as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Conduct inspections and maintain quality records.

- Identify deviations and coordinate for corrective actions.
