- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.

- Monitor installation, fabrication, and project execution as per drawings and specifications.

- Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline and quality standards.

- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, contractors, and other site teams.

- Monitor manpower, material availability, and equipment requirements at the site.

- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and site guidelines.

- Inspect ongoing work and resolve day-to-day site issues.

- Maintain daily site progress reports and work records.

- Coordinate with the management and provide regular updates on project progress.

- Ensure proper handling and utilization of materials and tools.

Candidate

Requirements

- Minimum




- 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in

- HVAC / Refrigeration / Sheet Metal / Manufacturing*.

- Good knowledge of site supervision and manpower management.

- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Robust problem-solving and leadership abilities.

- Willingness to work at project/site locations.

- Diploma / ITI / relevant technical qualification will be preferred. Key Skills
