Role Description The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of interior and construction projects in office in Jaipur. This full-time role includes coordinating site activities, supervising contractors and workers, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and monitoring timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.

The Site

Manager will liaise with project managers, designers, vendors, and clients to resolve issues, manage resources, and support smooth project delivery. The role also involves maintaining site documentation, tracking progress,



and reporting project status to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong project and site management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Knowledge of interior fit-out processes, construction methods, materials, and quality control practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, design layouts, and technical specifications.
- Competence in on-site team supervision, contractor management, and conflict resolution.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with designers, vendors, and clients.
- Proficiency with basic project documentation, reporting tools, and site record-keeping.
- Understanding of workplace safety standards and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Previous experience managing interior or construction projects, preferably in residential or commercial spaces.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Jaipur and adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
