Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in Splunk, AWS cloud services, and Java application management. The ideal candidate should also have the ability to review code, provide technical suggestions, and collaborate with developers to enhance system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitoring & Observability Implement and manage monitoring solutions using Splunk (dashboards, alerts, log analysis).

- Cloud Infrastructure – Deploy, manage, and scale applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch).

- Java Application Management – Support, troubleshoot, and optimize Java-based applications in production.

- Code Review & Suggestions – Review developer code, identify improvements, and provide best-practice recommendations.

- Incident Management – Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure high availability.

- Performance Optimization – Enhance system scalability,



reliability, and efficiency.

- Collaboration – Partner with developers, QA, and product teams to deliver resilient solutions.

Required Skills

- Robust hands-on experience with Splunk (log monitoring, dashboards, alerts).

- Proficiency in AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch).

- Experience in Java development or handling Java-based applications.

- Ability to review code and provide constructive feedback.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible (preferred).

- Strong scripting skills (Python, Shell, Bash).

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 4–8 years of experience in SRE / DevOps roles.

- Proven track record in production support, automation, and monitoring.
