Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily site activities.
- Coordinate with technicians, helpers, vendors, and supervisors.
- Ensure work is completed as per schedule and quality standards.
- Monitor manpower attendance and productivity.
- Maintain daily site reports and work records.
- Coordinate with clients and resolve site-level issues.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at the site.
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment.
- Report daily progress to management.
Skills Required:
- Positive communication and team-management skills.
- Site supervision experience.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple teams and site activities.
- Willingness to travel between sites.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
