KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead end-to-end Paint Shop Operations and ensure smooth production flow.
- Manage Robotic Chassis Paint Lines, Top Coat Lines & Powder Coating Operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, process parameters & customer requirements.
- Monitor paint consumption, material utilization, rejection, rework & process efficiency.
- Lead manpower planning, shift management & workforce productivity.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase & Supply Chain teams.
- Drive initiatives for cost reduction, paint optimization & material efficiency.
- Monitor equipment/line performance and minimize operational downtime.
- Ensure strict compliance with EHS, safety, environmental & statutory requirements.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Drive 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Review MIS, production reports, quality reports & operational KPIs.
- Lead, mentor & develop paint shop teams while maintaining strong shop-floor discipline.




- Handle customer/internal audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Provide regular performance updates and operational insights to senior management.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in electrical only
- 12 years of relevant experience in automotive/manufacturing paint shop operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple paint lines and large shop-floor teams.
- Robust leadership, decision-making and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in robotic painting, top coat & powder coating will be preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
