Job Summary

Baritech Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Incharge to manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate with workers and contractors, and ensure that project work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily site activities and manpower.

- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, vendors, and project team members.

- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

- Monitor site progress and report updates to the management/project team.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, equipment, and materials.

- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, material records, and attendance.

- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.

- Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with project requirements.

- Implement and monitor site safety procedures and ensure workers follow safety guidelines.

- Identify and resolve day-to-day site-related issues.





- Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders whenever required.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the project site.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma/ B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

- 2–4 years of relevant site/project experience.

- Experience in renewable energy, solar projects, electrical installation, construction, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.

- Good knowledge of site supervision and manpower management.

- Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and project documents.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle site responsibilities.

- Willingness to travel/stay at project sites in Chhattisgarh as required.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and daily reporting will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
