Site In-Charge Boiler Non-Pressure Parts Overhauling

We require an experienced Site In-Charge for monitoring, coordinating, and handling day-to-day activities related to Boiler Non-Pressure Parts Overhauling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor daily overhauling activities at site.
- Effectively handle and coordinate manpower, tools & tackles, equipment, and site resources.
- Plan daily work activities and ensure deployment of manpower as per work requirements.
- Coordinate with the client/site team for smooth execution of the work.
- Monitor work progress against planned targets and ensure target-oriented execution.
- Maintain proper discipline, safety, quality, and housekeeping at the work site.




- Identify site-related issues and take timely corrective actions.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, tools, tackles, and other resources.
- Prepare daily progress reports and communicate work status to management.
- Ensure completion of assigned work within the stipulated schedule.

Preferred candidate profile - Desired Profile: The candidate should have relevant experience in thermal power plant boiler overhauling, particularly non-pressure parts, with robust manpower management, site coordination, planning, and execution capabilities.
