Role

Responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule responsibilities :

- Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and suppliers.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Check measurements and quantities of completed work.
- Coordinate and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure proper execution of civil, structural, and finishing works.
- Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and work records.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at the site.
- Report site progress, delays,



and issues to the Project Manager.

Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2-5 years of relevant site experience.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and drawings.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Strong site supervision and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.

Key Requirement Good practical knowledge of construction, robust site supervision skills, and the ability to coordinate contractors and ensure quality and timely completion of work.
