Role Description The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites in Kochi in a full-time, on-site capacity.

Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure that work is executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards. The role involves monitoring progress, conducting quality checks, resolving site-level technical issues, and reporting on timelines and resource utilization.

The Site

Engineer will verify structural and civil works, support inspections, maintain site documentation, and ensure adherence to local regulations.



The position requires regular communication with internal teams and stakeholders to keep projects aligned with design intent and project goals.

Qualifications

- Robust on-site supervision skills with experience managing day-to-day construction activities and site coordination.
- Effective communication skills for working with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, and for clear reporting and documentation.
- Quality control expertise, including conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with specifications, and monitoring workmanship and materials.
- Solid foundation in structural engineering and civil engineering principles, with the ability to interpret drawings and technical details.
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; prior experience as a Site Engineer in building or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards, local building regulations, and basic project management practices.
- Proficiency in reading architectural and structural drawings; working knowledge of relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently on site, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a detail-oriented, solution-focused approach.
