Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily residential construction activities at site.

- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.

- Coordinate with contractors, labour, and material suppliers.

- Monitor site progress and prepare daily work reports with photos.

- Check measurements, maintain BOQ quantities, and verify billing items.

- Plan manpower and ensure timely completion of activities.

- Report directly to the Project Manager and attend site review meetings.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.

- 25 years of residential construction site experience.

- Freshers with robust practical knowledge may also be considered.

- Tamil speaking is mandatory; basic English communication preferred.

- Must own or be willing to use a two-wheeler for site travel.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, reading structural & architectural drawings, and MS Excel is an advantage.

- Honest, punctual, and willing to work across Chennai site locations.
