Designation - Site Engineer (Construction & Finishing)

Role Description: The Site Engineer (Construction & Finishing) is a full-time, on-site role based in 2 locations at present : Delhi & Mumbai.

The candidate will supervise day-to-day construction and finishing activities, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.

The Site Engineer coordinates with project managers, contractors, and site teams to plan tasks, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues.

Key duties include inspecting structural works, overseeing finishing operations, maintaining site documentation, and reporting on timelines and resource utilization. The role also involves supporting quality control processes, implementing corrective actions,



and contributing to continuous improvement of in office construction methods.

Qualifications (open to only male engineers)

Strong on-site supervision skills with experience managing construction and finishing activities at active project locations.

Minimum experience of 3-5 years as a Site Engineer.

Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders, and for clear reporting and documentation.

Quality control experience, including site inspections, adherence to standards, and implementation of corrective measures to maintain workmanship quality.

Knowledge of structural engineering principles and practical application in construction projects, including understanding of drawings and technical specifications.

Background as a civil engineer or related engineering discipline, with familiarity in building construction processes and finishing works.

Eligibility : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent technical field. Or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Proficiency in using construction-related software, including AutoCad and basic MS Office applications for documentation and reporting.

Understanding of safety regulations, environmental considerations, and best practices in sustainable construction.

Ability to work independently, make sound decisions at site, and adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.

Salary - As per Industry Standards, depending on qualifications and prior experience.
