Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sisense Developer at DVK Analytics.

The Sisense

Developer will design, build, and optimize data models and dashboards within Sisense to support business stakeholders with actionable analytics. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining ETL processes, creating custom widgets and plugins, implementing advanced visualizations, and ensuring performance, security, and reliability of Sisense environments. The role involves collaborating closely with BI consultants, data engineers, and business users to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and iterate based on feedback.

Developer will also contribute to best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement of DVK Analytics’ Sisense implementations and products.

Qualifications

- Solid experience with Sisense development, including data modeling, Elasticube configuration, dashboard design, and custom widget/plugin implementation.
- Solid skills in SQL and data transformation, with experience in ETL tools, data integration, and working with relational and cloud data sources.
- Proficiency in front-end development concepts relevant to BI (e.g., JavaScript, HTML/CSS) for customizing Sisense dashboards and user experiences.
- Background in business intelligence and analytics, including requirements gathering, KPI definition, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Understanding of data governance, performance optimization, and security best practices in analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with AI-driven analytics, natural-language query tools, or similar advanced BI capabilities is a plus.
- Familiarity with industries such as Retail, Renewable Energy, Healthcare, or E-commerce is beneficial but not required.
