Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Architect & Coordination Manager to manage architectural coordination and site execution at Basalt Hills. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring execution as per approved drawings, coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors and vendors, tracking project progress, identifying delays/issues and providing regular updates to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily with Architects, Structural, MEP, Landscape, BIM, PMC teams, contractors and vendors.
- Ensure site execution follows approved drawings, specifications and design intent.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor quality, progress and workmanship.
- Maintain the latest approved drawing/GFC drawing register, revisions and consultant comments.
- Track drawing approvals, pending drawings,



design changes and implementation status.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports, delay reports and issue trackers.
- Identify and follow up on approval delays, material shortages, vendor/consultant delays, design conflicts and site issues until closure.
- Coordinate consultant meetings, prepare agendas and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MOM) within 24 hours.
- Track project milestones, timelines and deliverables and flag potential delays in advance.
- Maintain records of drawings, BOQs, approvals, site instructions, material approvals, MOMs and vendor communications.
- Monitor readiness and progress of roads, infrastructure, drainage, landscape, clubhouse, villas and experience centre.
- Coordinate on pre-monsoon readiness, safety measures and site preparedness.
- Maintain complete and transparent communication with management regarding site progress, issues, delays and pending actions.

Required Skills & Experience
- B.Arch / Degree in Architecture.
- 3 to 7+ years of experience in real estate, construction or site
