Role & responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire recent customers for gold loan products through field sales.
- Visit customers, understand their financial requirements, and explain suitable gold loan options.
- Drive gold loan disbursement and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop relationships with customers and generate business through referrals.
- Coordinate with the branch for gold valuation, documentation, KYC, and loan processing.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and KYC requirements.
