The Head – Corporate Affairs & Government Liaison will lead the Company's corporate affairs, public policy, government relations, and stakeholder engagement agenda. The role will serve as the strategic interface between the Company and government authorities, regulators, industry bodies, and key external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of business objectives with the evolving policy and regulatory environment. The position requires a seasoned skilled capable of driving policy advocacy, managing strategic stakeholder relationships, mitigating regulatory risks, and supporting the Company's growth ambitions across Eastern India.

- Develop and execute the Company's government engagement strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with Central and State Government authorities, regulatory bodies, and policy makers.
- Support business expansion, new projects, and strategic initiatives through effective government engagement.

- Monitor and assess policy, regulatory, taxation, environmental, and industrial developments impacting the business.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership on policy and regulatory matters.




- Represent the Company's interests in policy discussions and regulatory forums.

- Lead corporate affairs initiatives to strengthen the Company's reputation and external influence.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders including industry associations, chambers of commerce, local administrations, and community leaders.
- Represent the Company at industry forums, conferences, and government platforms.

- Facilitate regulatory approvals and stakeholder alignment for growth and expansion projects.
- Support leadership in managing external risks, reputation issues, and strategic opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Director on government, policy, and stakeholder-related matters.

- Graduate with Min. 15 years of experience in Corporate Affairs, Government Relations, Public Policy, Regulatory Affairs, or External Affairs.
- Preferably from Steel, Paints, Metals, Mining, Cement, Chemicals, Infrastructure, or large manufacturing organizations.
- Strong network across government and regulatory agencies, particularly in Eastern India.
