Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Showroom In-Charge to manage day-to-day showroom operations, lead the sales team, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate showroom sales staff.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
- Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising of products.
- Monitor stock levels, inward/outward movements, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with the purchase, accounts, warehouse, and management teams.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and documentation.
- Develop good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.




- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Support promotional activities and local marketing initiatives.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in showroom, retail, or sales management.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and billing/inventory software.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Valuable organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
