Shop Floor Supervisor Responsiblitys.

- Ensure smooth and efficient inwarding, storing, packing, scanning, and dispatching by respective teams
- Ensure effective logistical plans to meet our transportation needs for delivery or pickup of materials
- Monitor warehouse guest workers attendance, productivity, and work discipline
- Manage everyday deployment of guest workers during their shifts as needed by the various departments
- Ensure cleanliness of warehouse floor and coating floor
- Ensure maintenance of proper records for inward, packing, scanning, and outward
- Ensure safekeep of all delivery and logistics-related documents, including invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, E-Way Bills, proof of dispatch/delivery




- Ensure all dispatch documents are in compliance with customers’ purchase orders prior to dispatch
- Communicate with intradepartmental colleagues during team meetings and at other times regarding the status of customers’ orders
