Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary link between the Digital Onboarding Team, Customers, and Shipping Operations Team.
- Coordinate freight pricing, bookings, schedules, and space availability with shipping partners.
- Ensure smooth shipment execution from booking confirmation to delivery.
- Provide timely shipment updates and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain shipment records and ensure effective stakeholder coordination.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, International Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping Operations, or Logistics Coordination.
- Experience in Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL) operations is preferred.
