Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Import & Export Logistics to manage and oversee end-to-end import and export logistics operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth shipment movement, timely documentation, customs and trade compliance, coordination with logistics partners, shipment tracking, and cost optimization.

Role & responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end import and export logistics operations, ensuring timely shipment movement and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Customs regulations, HS Code classification, DGFT guidelines, and applicable trade regulations.
- Coordinate with CHAs, freight forwarders, shipping lines/airlines, transporters, and other logistics service providers for smooth shipment execution.
- Monitor shipment tracking, customs clearance, documentation,



delivery schedules, and resolve operational issues proactively.
- Manage cargo insurance, claims, shipment discrepancies, damages, detention/demurrage, and other logistics-related matters.
- Monitor and control freight, transportation, customs, and other logistics costs while identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Maintain accurate import/export records, MIS reports, compliance documentation, and shipment status updates while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachlore/ Masters in Logictic/ Supply Chain/ Any degree
