- Ensure all workers attend their duties on time and maintain proper discipline.
- In case any worker is absent or takes leave, the supervisor must enquire about the reason and follow up accordingly.
- Monitor and maintain daily attendance records accurately.
- Coordinate and complete the joining formalities for recent workers.
- Ensure all required documents of newly joined workers are collected, verified, and properly maintained.
- Maintain updated employee records and attendance-related documents.
- Coordinate with the concerned team regarding worker attendance, leave, and joining formalities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
