Role & responsibilities
- Monitor WTP, syrup preparation, and beverage quality as per specifications.
- Ensure CCP, OPRP, GMP, and food safety compliance.
- Monitor cleaning, sanitation, and personnel hygiene.
- Verify online quality inspections and SCADA-based FG release.
- Track RM usage, yield, WUR, and quality parameters.
- Maintain SAP entries and quality documentation.
- Handle QI failures, CAPA, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate internal and external quality audits.
Preferred candidate profile Location: Khurda ,Bhubaneshwar ( We can give preference to Orissa & West Bengal or Bihar)
