Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor CCV equipment during assigned shifts
- Achieve production targets in terms of throughput, quality, and on-time delivery
- Verify product loading/unloading and process parameters as per specifications and SOPs
- Maintain accurate production records and process documentation
- Analyze process data and drive process improvements
- Perform routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance activities
- Investigate deviations, non-conformities, and customer complaints related to manufacturing operations
- Conduct shift safety inspections and record/report hazards
