Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, customize, and enhance SharePoint applications. Manage and support SharePoint Online (O365) environments.
- Create custom workflows, forms, and automation using PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow)
- Write robust PowerShell scripts to automate SharePoint administration and content migration tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into SharePoint solutions. Maintain and troubleshoot SharePoint service applications, dependencies, and configurations. Monitor and optimize site performance, permissions, and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint development (CSOM, JSOM, SPFx)
- Proficient in SharePoint Online (Office 365)
- Valuable understanding of SharePoint Service Applications and architecture (Search, User Profile,



Managed Metadata, etc.)
- Expertise in writing and managing PowerShell scripts for automation and admin tasks
- Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), and Nintex workflows/forms
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Good to Have (Bonus Skills):

- Experience in SharePoint migrations using tools like ShareGate or Metalogix
- Understanding of Azure AD and Microsoft Graph API
- Exposure to Microsoft Teams integrations with SharePoint
- Basic knowledge of governance, compliance, and DLP in Microsoft 365
