We are looking for a Sr. ServiceNow Developer – SPM with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), ITBM, scripting, configuration, customization, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure ServiceNow SPM modules including PPM, Demand Management, Resource Management, Agile Development, and Financial Planning.
- Work on Demand Management, Innovation Management, PPM, and APM.
- Customize project templates, scoring models, workflows, and portfolio dashboards.
- Develop solutions using JavaScript, Glide scripting, ServiceNow Studio, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
- Build and manage ServiceNow integrations with internal and external systems.
- Design scalable technical solutions following ServiceNow best practices.




- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver SPM solutions.
- Work in Agile/Protected environments and troubleshoot technical issues.

Required Skills:
- 7–10 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow SPM Suite and ITBM.
- Hands-on experience with PPM, Demand Management, Innovation Management, APM, Resource Management, and Financial Planning.
- Strong JavaScript and Glide scripting skills.
- Experience with Business Rules, UI Policies, ServiceNow Studio, and integrations.
- Familiarity with AI-driven insights and predictive analytics in project planning.
- Good understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies.

Certification:
- CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM)
