Role Overview The ServiceNow Value Architect /CSM is a strategic, customer-facing advisor responsible for helping organizations maximize the business value of their ServiceNow investment.

The role combines ServiceNow platform knowledge, value consulting, technical advisory, and account management strategy to identify opportunities that improve platform utilization, accelerate adoption, optimize licensing, and expand the customer’s ServiceNow footprint.

The Value Architect /CSM maintains continuous engagement with customer stakeholders and develops a deep understanding of their ServiceNow setting, business objectives, platform maturity, and future roadmap.

He/ She acts as a trusted technical and strategic advisor, connecting customer business needs with ServiceNow capabilities and appropriate delivery, automation, integration,



and transformation initiatives.

Must Have

- Min of 12 years of relevant experience in Servicenow domain
- More than 2 CIS other than CIS – ITSM and one of (CTA or Arch X) certified,
- CMA preferred
- Ready to work across multiple accounts multiple geographies.
- Must comfortably transition from discussing code with developers to presenting business value to a Chief Information Officer (CIO)
- Experience establishing Technical Governance Committees to prevent messy, expensive platform customizations that degrade long-term value Key Responsibilities
