Role Summary

- The ServiceNow Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Operations Engineer is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, performance, and reliability of the ServiceNow platform and its associated integrations. The role focuses on proactive monitoring, incident management, operational excellence, automation, platform support, and continuous service improvements across ServiceNow environments. The engineer will work closely with development teams, platform engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to maintain high service availability and operational efficiency

- Platform Reliability & Operations.
- Monitor ServiceNow platform health, performance, and availability.
- Perform proactive troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure platform uptime and adherence to SLAs and operational commitments.
- Identify and eliminate recurring issues through root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
