Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow data migration. The consultant will be responsible for planning, executing, validating, and reconciling data migration activities into the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, data mapping, data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and migration troubleshooting.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute data migration activities into ServiceNow.
- Analyze source data and understand target ServiceNow data structures.
- Create and configure Import Sets and Transform Maps.
- Develop field mappings between source systems and ServiceNow tables.
- Configure transformation logic and data conversion rules.
- Develop and maintain Transform Scripts where required.
- Import data from CSV, Excel, databases, APIs, and other supported sources.
- Develop scripts to support complex data migration requirements.
- Work with reference fields and related records during migration.




- Coordinate with functional teams to confirm data mapping requirements.
- Work with business stakeholders to define validation and reconciliation rules.
- Perform test migrations before production migration, support SIT, UAT, and production migration activities.
- Maintain migration logs and issue trackers.
- Support cutover and go-live migration activities.
- Follow ServiceNow development and data management best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and data migration documentation.

Required Certification:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory
- Additional ServiceNow certifications will be considered an advantage.

Required Experience:

- 3+ years of overall ServiceNow experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with ServiceNow data migration.
- Experience with Import Sets and Transform Maps.
- Experience working on at least one end-to-end ServiceNow implementation or migration project.
- Experience working with business, functional, and technical teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
