We are looking for a ServiceNow Tester with solid experience in testing ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and configurations.
Key Skills:
- ServiceNow functional and application testing
- ITSM, ITOM, CMDB testing experience
- Functional, Regression, Integration, System & UAT testing
- Test case, test scenario, and test data preparation
- API testing using Postman/REST
- Defect tracking using Jira/Azure DevOps
- Testing of workflows, Business Rules, Catalog Items, Forms, and Notifications
- Good understanding of ServiceNow configurations and modules
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Strong analytical and communication skills
