Job Summary

Revolite is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Low Code Engineer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow CSM, App Engine, and PSDS.

The ideal candidate should have solid ServiceNow development experience and be capable of designing, developing, configuring, and integrating ServiceNow applications using low-code and traditional development approaches.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and solutions.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow CSM solutions based on business requirements.
- Build applications using App Engine Studio and App Engine Templates.
- Work on PSDS / government / citizen-facing digital service solutions.
- Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow components using JavaScript.
- Work with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and other ServiceNow configurations.
- Develop and integrate REST and SOAP web services.
- Implement integrations using OAuth, SAML, JSON, and XML.
- Work with ServiceNow security concepts including ACLs and cross-scope access.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues and provide technical solutions.




- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and ITIL processes.
- Participate in application testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with ServiceNow CSM.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with App Engine Studio / App Engine Templates.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in PSDS / Government / Citizen-facing digital services.
- Strong experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Strong JavaScript development skills.
- Experience with:

- UI Policies
- ACLs
- Cross-Scope Access
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience with OAuth/SAML authentication.
- Good understanding of JSON/XML.
- Knowledge of AngularJS, Bootstrap, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of ITIL concepts.

Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow CSM Implementation Specialist
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be a senior ServiceNow professional with strong experience across CSM, App Engine, PSDS, integrations, workflows, and ServiceNow development. The candidate should be comfortable working independently, understanding business requirements, developing scalable solutions, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Pay: Up to ₹1,700,000.00 per year
