Job Profile Summary

Applies the principles of secure software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing and evaluation of software and cloud infrastructure. Works cross-functionally to understand business requirements, architecture and technology direction, evaluate alternative approaches and ensure software and systems are designed accordingly. Incorporates state-of-the-art concepts and practices to facilitate system functionality, scalability, resilience and security as well as ease-of-use.

Applies agile principles to software development with a focus on delivery of business value, collaboration, continuous improvement and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities: Breaks down functional and business requirements into tangible, explicit and estimable objectives, providing recommendations to management and project team members.

Writes end-to-end automated tests to provide code coverage for business-critical components.

Ensures quality, performance and adherence to specifications of assigned development tasks and adjacent technology solutions.

Works with team members to ensure design, development and execution align with and support adjacencies and adhere to established architectural standards.





Notifies team or technical manager of variances from plans and identifies changes in scope or work.

Key Qualifications:BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Dedicated ServiceNow Architect responsible for leading platform architecture and automation initiatives for the Heineken account. The role will serve as the primary customer-facing technical lead and provide expertise in:

- ServiceNow platform architecture and governance
- ServiceNow and enterprise platform integrations
- API design and integration management
- Workflow automation and orchestration
- Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory integrations
- Service catalog and service model architecture
- Technical solution design and roadmap planning
- Platform modernization and automation initiatives
- Stakeholder engagement and technical advisory services
- Coordination with Cloud and Integration SMEs to deliver end-to-end solutions

The architect will work closely with customer stakeholders, project teams, and service management teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic ServiceNow capabilities and adoption initiatives
