Role:ServiceNow Portal Developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Portal Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow portals and applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow portal development, scripting, integrations, and UI customization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize ServiceNow Service Portal components, widgets, pages, and themes.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS , and ServiceNow scripting.
- Configure and customize Catalog Items, Record Producers, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions .
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, and Glide APIs .
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs .
- Troubleshoot portal issues and optimize application performance.




- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.

Required Skills

- 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Solid experience with Service Portal and ServiceNow scripting .
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS .
- Good understanding of Service Catalog, ITSM, ACLs, and Glide APIs .
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations .
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with UI Builder / Employee Center .
- ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification .
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
