Role Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM professional to lead enterprise solution design, integrations, and IT operations transformation. The role involves stakeholder management, team leadership, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions
- Act as an SME and manage technical teams
- Drive integrated IT operations and multi-tower service management
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on key decisions
- Architect scalable and versatile solutions
- Identify and resolve technical risks and challenges
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives




- Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing
- Ensure effective communication between technical and business teams

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Enterprise solution architecture and IT operations experience
- Experience with integrations and transformational projects
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to analyze complex technical environments
- Team leadership and problem-solving skills

Education: 15 years of full-time education required
