Note: Candidates are required to work in 2 Shifts : 12 PM to 9 PM and/or 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Administrator to own the administration, performance, security, governance, integrations, upgrades, and continuous improvement of our enterprise ServiceNow platform.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and ServiceNow Mobile, with the ability to independently manage complex platform issues and act as the primary technical point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, security, users, roles, workflows, and governance.
- Administer and support ITSM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Mobile modules.
- Plan and execute ServiceNow upgrades, patches, releases, instance cloning, and environment management.
- Manage enterprise integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, and web services.
- Administer and troubleshoot SAML SSO and Okta integration.
- Monitor platform health, performance, and integrations and resolve complex technical issues.
- Lead root-cause analysis and provide solutions for recurring platform issues.




- Maintain technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures.
- Support continuous improvement, automation, scalability, and platform roadmap initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience in enterprise environments.
- 5+ years supporting multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and one or more of CSM, ITOM, or Mobile.
- Experience as a Lead / Primary ServiceNow Administrator.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, CMDB, Integration Hub, SSO, Okta, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience troubleshooting platform, integration, authentication, and performance issues.
- Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Support NY and Europe region (12 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST) shift hours.

Preferred:

- ServiceNow CSA / CAD / Implementation Specialist certifications.
- Experience with ITOM Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, REST APIs, middleware, and ITIL.
