About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer with solid hands-on expertise in ITOM implementations, development, integrations, and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience across Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration , along with strong ServiceNow scripting skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, implement, and optimize ServiceNow ITOM solutions
- Work hands-on with Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration
- Configure and customize patterns, probes, sensors, and discovery schedules
- Integrate AWS, Azure, and GCP with ServiceNow ITOM
- Gather requirements and contribute to ITOM architecture and solution design
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Conduct PoCs / PoVs where required




- Develop and configure integrations with ServiceNow and third-party tools
- Plan and coordinate testing, remediation, and deployment activities
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Support technical discussions, executive briefings, and solution presentations

Must-Have Technical Skills

- 5+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow experience
- Hands-on ServiceNow ITOM development
- Strong experience in:
- ServiceNow Discovery
- CMDB
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- Orchestration
- Strong JavaScript and Glide scripting
- Experience integrating ServiceNow ITOM with AWS / Azure / GCP
- Experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, and integrations

Preferred

- CIS-ITOM certification preferred
- CIS-ITSM, HRSD, or IRM certifications are an added advantage
- Experience in ITOM architecture, solutioning, PoCs/PoVs, and client workshops
