Qualifications





- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering with the ability to interpret and implement technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on building or infrastructure projects, preferably in residential or mixed-use developments.
- Proficiency in Planning and site coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Familiarity with construction codes, standards, and safety regulations applicable in India.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple stakeholders, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams.
