Job Summary

We are hiring a Moveworks Consultant with solid ServiceNow ITSM experience to support AI driven automation, workflow enhancements, and enterprise service delivery. The ideal candidate has hands on expertise in ServiceNow modules and understands Moveworks AI capabilities for IT, HR, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support Moveworks AI for ITSM, HR, and enterprise workflows.
- Integrate Moveworks with ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Request, Change, CMDB).
- Build catalog items, flows, and automation aligned with AI execution.
- Configure enterprise search, knowledge ingestion, and conversational workflows.
- Work with APIs and connectors for integrations (Workday, SAP, Okta, Jira,



Slack, Teams).
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize ServiceNow + Moveworks performance.

Required Skills
- 4+ years hands on ServiceNow ITSM experience (mandatory).
- Experience with Moveworks or similar AI platforms (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Virtual Agent.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, SSO, identity systems.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS ITSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC).
- Experience with HRSD, SecOps, GRC, or CSM modules.
- Background in AI automation or enterprise search.
