Technical Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

ServiceNow Scripting Expertise: Solid hands-on coding experience with JavaScript, Glide API (Server & Client side), GlideAjax, REST/SOAP integrations, JSON/XML parsing, and Script Includes.

HRSD Platform Mastery: Deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, Document Templates, Security/COE policies).

Workday Integration Experience: Practical experience connecting ServiceNow with Workday (using IntegrationHub Workday HR Spoke, Workday Web Services, EIBs, or custom API endpoints).

Web Technologies: Proficiency in Web Services (REST, SOAP), JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and basic AngularJS (for Employee Center/Portal widget updates).

- Experience: 3+ years of dedicated ServiceNow platform development, with at least 2+ years focused specifically on HRSD and HR system integrations.
