Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Security Operations (SIR & USEM), IRM, and enterprise integrations.
- Configure and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, Service Catalog, workflows, and SLAs.
- Develop Security Incident Response workflows, analyst workspaces, automated enrichment, and response playbooks.
- Implement and extend Unified Security Exposure Management (USEM) for vulnerability ingestion, prioritization, remediation, and exposure management.
- Configure and enhance Integrated Risk Management (IRM), including policy, compliance, audit, risk, and third-party risk processes.
- Develop enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, Scripted REST APIs, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
- Integrate ServiceNow with SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners, threat intelligence platforms, identity providers, and GRC systems.
- Develop Business Rules,



Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Data Policies, and Flow Designer automations.
- Implement robust security controls, including ACLs, role-based access, and secure data segregation.
- Optimize platform performance, scalability, maintainability, and upgrade readiness.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards.
- Collaborate with Security, Risk, IT, and Business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform releases, Security Operations, IRM, and integration best practices.
