Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, and UI policies.
- Build automation using Flow Designer and Service Catalog.
- Support testing, deployments, enhancements, and production issues.
- Troubleshoot ServiceNow platform, integration, and data issues.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams on ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and workflows.
- Experience with Flow Designer and Service Catalog.
- Familiarity with Update Sets and deployment processes.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, and integrations.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
