About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with robust expertise in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) and Customer Service Management (CSM). The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, advanced scripting capabilities, and hands-on experience building scalable solutions on the Now Platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications with a focus on HRSD and CSM modules.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.).
- Customize and configure Service Portal widgets, record producers, and case management workflows.
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and mid-server configurations.
- Enforce security and access controls through ACLs, roles, and data policies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and upgrade conflicts.




- Follow ServiceNow best practices for application design, testing, and deployment across Dev, Test, and Prod instances.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in HRSD and CSM modules (case management, SLA, omni-channel, employee center, etc.).
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Glide API, async/await, script includes).
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, tables, dictionary, and data model.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Approval frameworks.
- Familiarity with Service Portal, UI Builder, and widget development.
- Knowledge of integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC), import sets, and data transformations.
- ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS-HRSD, CIS-CSM) are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, or Process Automation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to DevOps pipelines and update set management.
